AMH Fine Homes Inc., was founded in 2016 by Andrew Hines to help facilitate his personal real estate investing strategy which is centered on adding value to real estate and holding it long-term. Having used the services of other general contractors and knowing the costs associated with carrying a property due to scheduling inefficiencies, Andrew decided to launch his own company in order to take control of the process and assemble a team that could handle delivering a high-end-finished product in a faster time-frame. Since its inception, AMH Fine Homes has specialized in extensive renovations, flips, and new construction. Through offering a value-add approach to its clients and exceptional quality of workmanship, the company has rapidly been expanding its operations, building approximately 15 units per year on average.

Our skilled team loves to tackle creative modernization projects in older homes. Our goal is to create a product with longevity, in terms of both durability and appeal, in order to maximize the return on investment for owners.

Andrew Hines
Andrew Hines is a business educated real estate investor who began investing in the London ON market in 2011. He graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business’ HBA program in 2008 and went onto to teach Business Decision Making at Western University for several years.
In 2010, following his first teaching term, Andrew immersed himself in real estate and has never looked back. He started getting involved in real estate by acquiring his mortgage licence and then proceeded to use it to better understand the real estate process. During his time with Pro Funds Mortgages, both through his own experience and working with clients, Andrew acquired significant expertise in real estate acquisition, renovation, accumulation and retention. These experiences, along with the experiences of our dedicated team, have allowed Andrew and AMH Fine Homes to help countless investors and tenants to enjoy life more.
Initially, we didn’t have a property ready to be renovated or built, but we chose to inquire with Andrew anyway. We’re very glad we did because he helped us to create an added $350-$650 per month in cash flow with his unique approach. Now we’re using this extra income to take our four kids to the south of France this summer! We highly recommend working with Andrew and his team.

While we can’t do all of the work ourselves, we strategically and directly employ specific trades to ensure that the best quality product is achieved and that we are less affected by the seasonal change in demand for tradespeople. With that being said, we’re proud of the subcontractors that we’ve assembled and grateful to have them as our partners. Our network of qualified and proven sub-trades have allowed us to meet even the most challenging of timeline demands during peak summer building season.
